Job Overview:

Reporting to the Senior Director Financial Operations, this role will be crucial to enhancing the productivity and effectiveness of our sales team. This position involves developing and implementing sales enablement strategies, tools, and processes that empower our sales representatives to excel. The ideal candidate has an analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision making with a strong understanding of sales processes, and a passion for driving sales success.

Responsibilities:

  • Performance Analysis and Reporting
  • Track and analyze performance metrics/KPIs to identify trends, opportunities, areas for improvement, and drive forecast accuracy.
  • Generate regular reports and dashboards to communicate insights and recommendations to sales leadership.
  • Forecasting and Planning
  • Participate in weekly pipeline calls
  • Maintain the GTM tracker
  • Prepare weekly bookings report
  • Annual Sales capacity planning, territory planning and management, quota planning
  • ARR reporting and roll forward
  • Sales Tools and Technology
  • Maintain and administer sales tools and technologies including CRM systems, sales automation platforms and analytical tools such as: NetSuite, Tableau, HubSpot
  • Commissions planning & calculation
  • Revenue Operations and Enablement Strategy –Support the development, execution and maintenance of a comprehensive sales enablement strategy aligned with the company’s sales objectives
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
    • Act as liaison to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
    • Other duties as required

    Basic Qualifications:

    You are a great fit for this role if you:

    • 6+ years in revenue operations, sales enablement or sales operations role
    • Bachelor's degree required; Business Management or Finance concentration preferred
    • Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies
    • Proficiency in sales enablement tools and technologies (HubSpot preferred)
    • Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets

    The pay range for this position is $90,000k - $110,000k/yr; however, the final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, skills, qualifications, and location.
