The Role

As a Revenue Operations (RevOps) & AI Intern at arrivia, you aren’t just following a playbook, you’re helping us architect a more efficient engine. This role is designed for a data-driven strategist who wants to balance technical reporting with rapid experimentation. You will dive into our transactional ecosystem to identify growth opportunities, then deploy AI and automation to ensure our operations scale seamlessly.

At arrivia, we are redefining travel-tech. This is a high-visibility, hands-on opportunity to sit at the heart of the business, using modern tools to turn raw data into scalable revenue intelligence.

What You’ll Do:

  • The RevOps Experimentation Lab: Don’t just run reports, test new ways to generate them. You’ll lead small-scale experiments using AI and automation tools to prove out new methods for data validation and process improvement.
  • Revenue Intelligence & Integrity: Act as a data detective, performing deep-dive analysis across our product lines to identify "revenue leakage" and ensure 100% transactional accuracy across the lifecycle.
  • AI Integration & Prompt Engineering: Help us move beyond traditional workflows by exploring how generative AI and LLMs can categorize, clean, and interpret complex financial and operational datasets.
  • Architect Reporting & Dashboards: Design and maintain sophisticated dashboards in Power BI. You won’t just present numbers; you’ll create "visual stories" that provide leadership with clear, actionable insights for decision-making.
  • Automation Blueprinting: Identify high-friction manual tasks within the revenue cycle and propose automated SQL or AI-driven solutions that drive operational excellence.

Requirements:

  • Current Student: Pursuing a degree in Business Data Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field (Junior, Senior, or Grad student preferred).
  • Reporting Pro: Advanced proficiency in Power BI and Microsoft Excel is a must. You should know how to build a dashboard that is as functional as it is aesthetic.
  • SQL Foundations: Comfortable querying complex databases and manipulating large datasets.
  • The AI Mindset: You are an early adopter of AI tools and have a genuine interest in how automation can replace "busy work" and improve data accuracy.
  • Problem Solver: You have a "builder" mentality—you see a gap in a process and feel a drive to fix it using technology.
  • Clear Communicator: You can explain the "why" behind the data to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
