We are seeking a results-driven Revenue Marketing Manager to lead our acquisition efforts, driving demand generation and capture strategies, with a key focus on website optimization. This role will be pivotal in expanding our customer base through targeted campaigns, strategic partnerships, effective digital acquisition, and website management. You will be responsible for planning and executing demand generation initiatives, optimizing digital channels, managing agency relationships, and ensuring the website is a powerful acquisition tool. A strong understanding of Meta, Google, LinkedIn platforms, and website management best practices is essential.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Demand Generation Strategy & Execution:

    • Develop and implement comprehensive demand generation strategies to drive lead acquisition and revenue growth. 

    • Ownership of the Lead Gen & Revenue target for New Business.

    • Plan and execute targeted marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, partnerships, and referral programs.

    • Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with associations and other relevant organizations to generate leads.

    • Establish and manage referral programs to drive customer acquisition.

  • Demand Capture & Digital Acquisition:

    • Lead digital acquisition efforts, optimizing campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn platforms alongside our agency.

    • Manage and optimize paid search, social media advertising, and other digital channels to maximize ROI.

    • Implement and optimize landing pages and conversion funnels to capture leads effectively.

    • Utilise platform knowledge of Meta, Google and LinkedIn to ensure best practice.

  • Website Ownership and Optimization:

    • Own and manage the company website, ensuring it aligns with acquisition goals and provides a seamless user experience.

    • Optimize website content, design, and functionality to drive lead generation and conversions.

    • Implement SEO best practices to improve website visibility and organic traffic.

    • Analyze website analytics to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven optimizations.

    • Manage website platform and any plugins.

    • Work with relevant teams to ensure website content is up to date.

  • Agency Management:

    • Manage relationships with external agencies, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives and budget.

    • Provide clear direction and feedback to agencies, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.

    • Monitor agency performance and provide regular reports on campaign results.

  • Campaign Planning and Execution:

    • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and customer acquisition.

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and execution.  

    • Track and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders.

  • Reporting and Analysis:

    • Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to demand generation and acquisition.

    • Analyze data to identify trends and insights, providing actionable recommendations for optimization.

    • Present findings to stake holders.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience in demand generation, digital acquisition, or a related field for 5+ years.

  • Strong understanding of WordPress, Meta, Google, and LinkedIn advertising platforms.

  • Experience in managing agency relationships.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.  

  • Excellent communication, storytelling and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.  

  • Experience in campaign planning and execution.

  • Knowledge of SEO best practices.

  • Experience with CRM systems.
