About the Team/Role
This role contributes to the growth of the North American Energy Partner(s) fleet card portfolio(s) through precise execution of demand generation and growth marketing strategies. You will be a key driver of revenue generation by ensuring marketing plans are implemented effectively and efficiently. This position is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven marketing professional with a proven ability to support complex marketing campaigns and initiatives. Importantly, this role requires a candidate who demonstrates a strong track record of overseeing projects from inception to completion, managing all phases effectively and ensuring goals are achieved. You will oversee critical cross-functional projects, collaborating closely with marketing partners and sales teams to maintain the momentum of key initiatives across the portfolio to reach our ambitious growth objectives.
How You'll Make an Impact:

Campaign Management: Oversee marketing campaigns and projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to deadlines, and stakeholder alignment.

Marketing Operations: Manage campaign execution, including asset production and on-time, on-budget delivery, while proactively resolving any issues.

Marketing Planning: Collaborate on annual marketing plans, demand generation, lead generation, and targeted initiatives for energy partner fleet card portfolios.

Marketing Collateral: Develop and manage marketing materials, including drafting creative briefs, copy editing, and producing sales enablement tools.

Foster and sustain robust relationships with key business executives, stakeholders, sales teams, and creative and analytics teams.

Deliver clear and effective sales communication, frontline readiness, campaign reporting, and post-campaign analysis.

Work closely with creative and analytics teams to ensure effective campaign execution.

Implement marketing strategies by developing and executing tactical plans.
Experience You'll Bring:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

2+ years of experience in a B2B environment.

Proven success in executing marketing and demand/lead generation campaigns.

Experience in implementing marketing tactics aligned to a full-funnel demand and lead generation approach.

Strong self-motivation, positive attitude, and ability to work independently.

Problem-solving and critical thinking.

Demonstrated success in managing projects from start to finish.

Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.

Ability to learn quickly, prioritize, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and G-Suite.

Experience in financial services, credit card marketing, or the fuel industry is a plus.

Project Management experience
The base pay range represents the anticipated low and high end of the pay range for this position. Actual pay rates will vary and will be based on various factors, such as your qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. Base pay is one component of WEX's total compensation package. Most sales positions are eligible for commission under the terms of an applicable plan. Non-sales roles are typically eligible for a quarterly or annual bonus based on their role and applicable plan.
