Who We Are
At KEV, we help school districts eliminate the school finance blind spot. Our platform gives district finance teams real-time visibility and traceability into every dollar collected at the school level; whether it’s cash, check, or digital. From field trips to fundraisers, we help them manage every dollar with confidence. More than 27,000 schools across North America trust KEV to manage over $8 billion annually. By unifying payments, accounting, and reporting, KEV simplifies life for bookkeepers, builds trust with parents, and gives finance leaders the oversight their current systems cannot. It’s how we help schools stay compliant, reduce risk, and focus on what matters most, student success.
Backed by Five Arrows, the PE arm of Rothschild & Co., KEV is investing more than ever to support K–12 in a world of tighter budgets, rising scrutiny, and fast-changing tech. We’re headquartered in Toronto, with offices across North America.
If you’re excited by the idea of building tech that protects schools, empowers finance teams, and improves education through better systems, KEV is the place for you.

We are looking for a highly data-minded Revenue Manager to manage the accurate intake of complex contracts, build Order-to-Cash infrastructure, and support the broader finance team in maintaining revenue compliance. You will be the key operational partner between Sales and Finance, ensuring that every transaction is operationally feasible and structured for seamless downstream accounting. - Analyze Payment Workflows: Work cross-functionally with external payment partners to conduct deep-dive revenue analysis, manage transaction reconciliation, and optimize payment workflows.
- Evaluate Deal Structures: Assess the financial implications of non-standard contract terms, billing schedules, incentives, and pricing models to support predictable revenue planning.
- Leverage Data: Manipulate large datasets from multiple systems including business intelligence, CRM, billing platforms, and usage logs to perform cohort analysis and collaborate with FP&A on accurate forecasting.
- Drive Mergers and Acquisitions Integration: Lead the financial onboarding of new acquisitions, seamlessly integrating acquired companies into central Order-to-Cash infrastructure and billing systems.
- Mitigate Risk: Identify and flag unusual or complex contract terms early in the deal cycle, partnering with Legal to review liability, deliverables, and risk elements.
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Finance, Revenue Operations, or Accounting within the SaaS industry; 3+ years specifically in revenue management or deal desk operations.
- Operationally Proficient: Working knowledge of subscription revenue mechanics, including ARR/MRR, multi-year contracts, and usage metrics.
- Systems Expert: Proven experience setting up financial infrastructure and driving workflow improvements across CRM platforms and subscription billing systems.
- Data-Minded: Expert-level Excel skills including Power Pivot, pivot tables, lookups, and advanced formulas, with strong proficiency in data visualization tools and analyzing large datasets.
- Collaborative Communicator: Demonstrated ability to evaluate complex deal structures and confidently influence cross-functional stakeholders while maintaining financial guardrails.
- Preferred Knowledge: Familiarity with technical revenue recognition standards including US GAAP, IFRS, and ASC 606, and experience applying these principles to complex SaaS contracts is highly desired.
