Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Revenue Manager. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you are responsible for maximizing the resort’s revenue, profitability, and market share by developing and executing effective pricing, inventory and distribution strategies across all revenue streams, including rooms, F&B and other outlets.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and continuously refine revenue strategies aligned with the resort’s commercial and financial objectives.
  • Lead the preparation and consolidation of the annual commercial budget plan, in collaboration with Sales, Marketing and Finance.
  • Prepare and manage accurate daily, weekly, monthly, and annual revenue forecasts.
  • Maximize total revenue, ADR, Revpar and profitability through effective pricing, inventory control and distribution management.
  • Analyse historical data, market trends, and competitor activity to support pricing decisions.
  • Lead revenue meetings and provide strategic recommendations to the respective HOD’s/GM.
  • To define discounting strategies and adapt product packaging according to client needs, demand and seasonality, and in line with overall market strategies.
  • To support the resort in achieving their overall annual profitability goals through Revenue Management Practices.
  • Ensure rate parity and appropriate positioning on OTA’s, brand.com and GDS.
  • Manage relationships with OTA’s, wholesalers, travel agents, and corporate partners.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Finance, Economics or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in revenue management or similar role in international, branded hotels.
  • Advance proficiency in PMS (Opera, Protel, etc); RMS (Ideas, Duetto, RateGain, etc); Channel managers (SiteMinder, TravelClick, etc); Booking engines
  • Understanding of data analytics tools and business intelligence software
  • Statistical analysis and forecasting capabilities
  • Advance-level Excel skills including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros, and financial modeling
  • Understanding of market dynamics, seasonality patterns, and local events impact
  • Deep understanding of key performance indicators: RevPAR, ADR, occupancy, GOPPAR, TRevPAR
  • Financial acumen including P&L comprehension and contribution margin analysis
  • Knowledge of total revenue management across multiple profit centers
  • Understanding of group, transient, and contract business dynamics
