As an Associate within RSM’s Revenue Growth & Operations Management Consulting practice, you will support project teams that help Life Sciences organizations solve complex business and operational challenges. The Life Sciences industry encompasses companies in pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, medical devices (MedTech), and the organizations that support them — such as contract research and manufacturing organizations (CROs/CMOs). Our consulting work focuses on the operational and business side of these organizations: improving processes, quality systems, regulatory readiness, and go-to-market strategies — not on scientific research or clinical practice.
You will work alongside experienced consultants and leaders in a collaborative, fast‑growing, and agile environment, gaining exposure to a wide range of client engagements across the Life Sciences value chain. The team utilizes a range of operational, consultative, and strategic initiatives to help serve clients.
- Support client assessments by gathering and analyzing data, documenting processes, and synthesizing insights to help define current‑state operations
- Assist in developing recommendations and implementation plans to improve operational, quality, or regulatory outcomes
- Create and maintain client deliverables, including analyses, presentations, process maps, and documentation
- Participate in client meetings, interviews, and workshops, serving as a reliable team member on engagements
- Communicate effectively with internal engagement teams and client stakeholders to support timely project delivery
- Manage assigned workstreams or tasks, prioritizing responsibilities to meet project timelines
- Support engagement leadership with proposal development, research, and internal initiatives as needed

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, accounting, or related discipline
- Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement concept (Preferred)
- Basic project management experience or certification coursework (Preferred)

- Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, Claude) and their application to support productivity and deliverable quality

- Ability to work effectively in ambiguous environments and adapt to changing priorities
