Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Revenue Growth Manager to support the Chinet® brand. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving revenue growth, developing strategic initiatives, and optimizing pricing and promotional strategies within the CPG industry. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to collaborate across multiple departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement revenue growth strategies to achieve company financial goals.
- Establish processes and serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for pricing, promotion/trade effectiveness, trade architecture, mix management, and assortment.
- Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and the competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.
- Optimize pricing, promotions, and product mix to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Support the development of pricing tools and elasticity models.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and product management teams to align strategies and drive execution.
- Assist with forecasting and planning for customers to constantly improve forecast accuracy.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and adjust strategies as needed.
- Conduct financial analysis and modeling to support decision-making and strategic planning.
- Lead cross-functional projects aimed at improving revenue performance and operational efficiency.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in revenue management, pricing strategy, or related roles within the CPG industry.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively.
- Experience working with POS (Points of Sale), panel, shopper, and TPO (Trade Promotion Optimization) tools (Nielsen, Circana, Luminate, Numerator).
- Proven ability to develop and execute strategic initiatives that drive revenue growth.
- Experience with financial modeling and business case development.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Environment
- Hybrid work environment that mixes in-office and remote work to offer flexibility and support to employees. In-office hours are set by group Manager.
- Work hours are usually 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. but could require after hours and weekend work to complete projects on time
- Travel as needed; up to 10%
