Revenue Growth Management

  • Support the RGM process during the IAP cycle by providing analytical inputs, tracking reports and data on consumer pricing trends, promotional activities and trade terms, and flagging performance variances to designated decision-makers within the relevant foreign entities. Analyze pricing, promotions, portfolio mix and trade investment opportunities to unlock value.
  • Maintain and update analytical pricing tools (Digital Value chains) and prepare structured data inputs and market analytics to support the evaluation of pricing parameters by the relevant decision-making authority within the foreign entity.
  • Provide data and analytical support for Price-to-Trade-Tool (P2TT) initiatives by preparing distributor performance reports, market analyses and recommendations for review by the designated commercial teams of the relevant entities. Monitor trade investment effectiveness and promotional performance.
  • Assist in compiling and documenting promotional guidelines and analytical frameworks, and prepare tracking reports on promotional plan execution for review and approval by appropriate decision-making teams.Facilitate learning sessions on outcomes of trade promotions to improve future promotional planning.
  • Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing and Finance teams to provide analytical and data support for business performance reviews. The Analyst will not participate in any customer or distributor negotiations, and will not represent or act on behalf of any Bacardi entity in commercial discussions.

Analytics & Insights

  • Perform in-depth analysis of sales, category and competitor data.
  • Build PTC & P2TT dashboards, trackers and reporting tools. Translate complex data into actionable recommendations.
  • Prepare value-chain analyses and route-to-market efficiency reports for consideration by the relevant commercial decision-making teams..
  • Perform in-depth analysis of sales data, category trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities and address performance gaps.

Capability Building

  • Assist in documenting and sharing RGM analytical frameworks and best practice references for knowledge-sharing purposes, under the direction of senior stakeholders in the relevant entities..
  • Facilitate learning sessions and share insights.
  • Improve data quality and reporting automation.
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects and stakeholder alignment.
  • Support training and knowledge-sharing sessions on RGM skills and tools for team members, within the scope of internal capacity-building programs.

SKILLS

THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO CREATE YOUR LEGACY:

  • 3-5 years of experience working for FMCG and multinational companies.
  • RGM Experience - in Revenue Growth Management or in strategic areas of Customer Marketing, Commercial Intelligence, Sales Finance, combining both financial and commercial acumen and solid analytical background
  • Stakeholder Coordination - Communicate and coordinate with relevant functional teams to share analytical outputs, gather data inputs and support alignment on RGM-related information requirements.
  • Communication Skills - You'll easily be exposed to senior management, no matter your level. Therefore, it's important to have excellent interpersonal skills, to deal with all kinds of different partners.
  • Ability to Simplify - We like to keep it simple and to implement fast. Simplification skills are highly appreciated, when providing simple solutions dealing with complex challenges.
  • Analytical Acumen - Ability to interpret complex commercial data and provide structured insights and recommendations to support revenue management decision-making.. Slate sophisticated data into a simple solution with an analytical approach is essential.
  • Graduation in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Economics or Finance - Post desirable
  • Proficiency in English
