Job Description:
Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and organized Revenue Enablement Project Manager to lead project management efforts for major sales initiatives and acquisition activities within our sales organization
This position involves overseeing initiatives aimed at improving revenue growth and facilitating efficient acquisition activities. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills and will have ready examples of strategic thinking and organizational efforts from past experiences. Collaboration to ensure the successful execution of projects that support our sales team is a must. This role is critical in driving alignment between teams, ensuring successful execution of sales strategies, and elevating sales performance to maximize revenue generation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with company goals and resources.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery.
Project Management for Sales Initiatives:
- Lead and manage major sales initiatives from inception to completion,
- Develop project plans, timelines, milestones and budgets, and monitor progress against established metrics.
- Coordinate efforts between sales, marketing, product, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment in scope, objective, and deliverables
- Successful execution in meeting organizational goals and driving revenue growth
Identify and mitigate risks associated with project execution and recommend solutions to keep projects on track.
Acquisition Activity Management:
- Oversee project management efforts related to acquisition activities, including integration of new acquisitions into the sales organization.
- Collaborate with M&A teams to assess the training and enablement needs for newly acquired sales personnel.
- Manage communication and reporting related to acquisition activities, keeping stakeholders informed of progress and challenges
- Coordinate and collaborate Sales related acquisition efforts, tasks, and deliverables to the Acquisition Executive Sponsor and corporate PMO team.
- Provide timely and relevant updates, risks and progress to the Worldwide CRO and related Sales Executives and Stakeholder.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze sales performance data to measure the impact of initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare and present reports to stakeholders on summarizing project status, outcomes, and insights.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management on project progress, challenges, and successes.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and use data analytics to inform decision-making.
Cross-functional Collaboration or Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, including sales leadership, product, marketing, operations, and finance.
- Communicate project status, objectives, and outcomes to relevant stakeholders, ensuring transparency and collaboration.
- Serve as a point of contact for project-related inquiries and provide support to team members as needed.
Continuous Improvement:
- Identify and implement best practices for project management within the sales enablement framework
- Stay current with industry trends and sales enablement tools to continuously enhance program effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; PMP required.
- Proven experience in project management, preferably within a sales environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Microsoft Project).
- Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and technologies.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
