In this Revenue Enablement role, you will have the opportunity to work directly with our new sales hires globally to deliver the Monotype sales onboarding program through live channels. We are seeking an individual with prior closing experience to bring their expertise and skills to the newest members of our go-to-market organization, partnering with HR, sales leadership and IT to ensure a smooth onboarding process through initial offer acceptance to the end of the probationary period and beyond.
What you’ll be doing:
- Deliver sales onboarding training to our global team, a program designed to build a strong foundation, maximize sales effectiveness, and reduce time to productivity.
- Utilize a variety of training methodologies, techniques, concepts, learning tools and practices to ensure maximum effectiveness of communications and training.
- Track and report on training progress and skills mastery to demonstrate overall performance improvement and compliance.
- Teach essential sales qualification skills to new hires.
- Performing mock calls, workshopping messaging, providing strategy led account planning and prospecting guidance to those new to the organization.
- Develop and maintain complex relationships throughout the organization globally and promote communication and trust among the Revenue Enablement team.
- Prepare onboarding materials and reference guides.
- Partner with Enablement, HR & IT teams to implement onboarding programs and schedules, ensuring the process runs smoothly from initial offer acceptance to the end of the probationary period.
- Partner with sales leadership & HR to create development plans for new hires at the end of their first 90 days.
What we’re looking for:
- At least 1-2+ years of sales experience, or equivalent with a proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas. Closing experience is essential.
- Excellent facilitation, communication and presentation skills and the ability to engage an audience.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle a multitude of tasks, and adapt to change.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
- The ability to build rapport within Sales and other stakeholders throughout the business.
