Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Talent Management — Design and deliver competency-based onboarding, everboarding, and continuous learning programs for 40 direct sellers globally. - Build role-specific competency maps in partnership with sales leadership and HR -Own seller certification across three levels: knowledge mastery, simulated application, and field execution.
- Seismic Ownership: Serve as the primary architect and administrator of our Seismic environment. Manage content lifecycle, sales playbooks, and training modules to ensure reps have instant access to high-impact collateral.
- Commercial Advocacy: Act as a feedback loop between the field and Product/Marketing teams. Translate customer pain points and "in-the-field" objections into actionable product enhancements and value-based messaging.
- ARR Impact: Design and implement enablement programs that directly correlate to sales velocity, deal size, and ARR growth. Track and report on key enablement KPIs.
- Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of market shifts. Synthesize competitor moves and market trends into easily digestible training assets for the commercial team.
- Customer-Facing Perspective: Use your experience in client-facing roles to coach sales teams on discovery, value-based selling, and managing executive stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Proven Enablement Expertise: 3–5+ years in a sales enablement or revenue operations role within a B2B SaaS organization.
- Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience managing and deploying Seismic (or similar sales enablement platforms).
- Commercial DNA: Must have previous customer-facing experience (Account Management, Sales, or Customer Success). You need to know what it feels like to sit across from a prospect.
- Data-Driven Mindset: Experience mapping enablement activities to business outcomes (e.g., pipeline generation, ARR attainment).
- Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to synthesize complex product information into simple, customer-centric value propositions. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics for diverse audiences.
