We are looking for Revenue Development Manager, who will contribute to drive growth of our local jewels like Marabou and worldwide known brands such as Oreo and Philadelphia.

This is an exciting and key role in the Sales structure, here at Mondelez International, the home of Marabou. In this role you ensure that customer plans are developed and executed by supporting the delivery of strategies and tactics for growth. You understand the business metrics and financial drivers needed to unlock profitable growth for Mondelēz International and our customers and work with key account managers to implement plans to deliver our annual target.
How you will contribute
You will:
- Lead the holistic category growth plan based on historic data and connected to insights
- Partner and implement consumer Pricing / PPA excellence framework and guidelines, together with Marketing & Finance and ensure their local application
- Develop and Lead Promotion excellence guidelines, Promotion Management & Optimization creating the right frequency-depth-feature by channel, as well as collaborating with sales finance and KAMs on post evaluations and key findings
- Monitor revenue realization of any cost price increases on the market and pricing corridors defined centrally with a close cooperation with finance team
- Manage innovation pricing, conduct market research
- Be a guide of Trade terms management to maximize pay-for-performance
