Essential Job Duties
- Partner with Business Analyst and cross-functional teams to gather, analyze and document customer business and technical requirements for new implementations related to revenue cycle integrations and configurations.
- Manage configuration and integration delivery efforts to ensure high-quality delivery of home care revenue cycle solutions
- Analyze and troubleshoot reported issues, propose and implement corrective actions.
- Assist Sr Solution Analysts with complex requirements to translate into technical solutions and identify and implement best-fit solutions
- Execute testing and validation of solutions to ensure alignment with customer needs and compliance standards.
- Contribute to development and enhancement of internal documentation, tools, process improvements, and best practices to support scalable solution delivery.
- Support in creation and maintenance of required documentation related to new and existing integrations and configurations
- Assist in monitoring and maintaining existing configurations and integrations to ensure continued performance and compliance.
- Facilitate knowledge transfer and create documentation to ensure smooth post-implementation support.
- Adhere to established SLAs to support effective delivery processes, while maintaining quality solution delivery to minimize rework and issues.

Travel Requirements
- Travel up to 10%, including overnight travel
Required Education, Experience, Certifications and Skills
- 4+ years of experience in healthcare solution delivery, revenue cycle configuration, or healthcare data integration.
- Adept at prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously while delivering quality solutions to meet customer expectations
- Experience in troubleshooting and data analysis to identify risks and issues and react timely to implement solutions.
- Thinks creatively, highly driven, and self-motivated
- Direct, hands-on experience with X12 formats (837/835 claims and remittances) is required.
- HL7 and FHIR experience are a plus, but not required.
- Proven ability to gather business requirements and translate them into configuration/integration solutions.
- Experience creating documentation to support solution delivery, testing, and post-implementation support.
- Knowledge of integration protocols (e.g., sFTP, API).
- Ability to learn quickly, manage tasks efficiently, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with ticket and content management applications (ie. JIRA, Salesforce, Confluence, Sharepoint)
- Exposure to State Medicaid Agencies, MCOs, and Homecare Providers is a plus.
- SaaS environment experience is a plus.
