Salary: $85,000-$100,000 annually, DOE

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Revenue Cycle Manager to oversee and optimize all aspects of our healthcare revenue cycle operations. This role is responsible for managing claims processing, payment posting, denial management, collections, accounts receivable, credentialing coordination, and revenue cycle reporting.

The ideal candidate is a strong healthcare revenue cycle leader with experience improving collections, reducing denials, analyzing performance metrics, and driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full revenue cycle from claim submission through payment collection.
  • Oversee billing, payment posting, denial management, and accounts receivable workflows.
  • Monitor revenue cycle KPIs and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Analyze and resolve claim denials, rejections, and payer issues.
  • Coordinate collections and payer follow-up activities.
  • Support provider credentialing and payer enrollment processes.
  • Monitor authorization and documentation-related billing risks.
  • Maintain revenue cycle reports, dashboards, and performance tracking.
  • Develop and implement process improvements and standard operating procedures.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Clinical teams, and external partners.
QualificationsRequired
  • 5+ years of healthcare revenue cycle experience.
  • 2+ years of leadership, supervisory, or management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of medical billing, claims processing, denials, collections, and A/R management.
  • Experience with Medicaid, commercial insurance, and payer portals.
  • Advanced Excel, reporting, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
Preferred
  • Experience in ABA therapy, behavioral health, pediatric therapy, or multi-site healthcare.
  • Experience with Tebra or similar practice management systems.
  • Knowledge of Oklahoma Medicaid (SoonerCare).
  • Experience with credentialing and payer enrollment.
  • CPB, CPC, CRCR, or similar certification preferred.
