As a Revenue Cycle Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of the revenue cycle process within Amplify. This involves reviewing and analyzing large datasets to identify trends, identify areas of improvement, and develop data-driven strategies to enhance revenue and reduce denials. This role will work closely with internal and external revenue cycle teams to provide insights and recommendations for improving efficiency and maximizing reimbursement.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Conduct in-depth analysis of denied claims to identify patterns, trends, and root causes. Develop strategies alongside Transformation teams to reduce denials and track improvements.

Utilize data analytics tools to analyze revenue cycle performance metrics, identify areas for improvement and track progress towards goals.

Monitor key performance indicators related to the revenue cycle and identify opportunities for improvement and implement corrective actions.

Conduct detailed data analysis and generate reports to support decision making processes.

Perform ad hoc data analysis requests from other departments that support process changes or client requirements.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Bachelor's Degree business management, finance, or related field required.

Five (5) + years of revenue cycle experience preferred.

Revenue cycle experience; analytics experience preferred.
Work Experience, Education, and Certifications:
-
Proven revenue cycle operations experience.

Knowledge of revenue cycle processes and systems such as EHR’s and patient financial systems.

Effective communication and presentation skills.

Strong analytic skills and ability to work with complex datasets

Ability to tactfully drive sense of urgency with internal and external clients when project risks arise
