We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Revenue & Billing Operations Manager with 5+ years of experience managing billing operations, vendor relationships, and administrative processes. The ideal candidate thrives in cross-functional environments, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance across financial and operational workflows.
About the Role
Our billing process is at the heart of our business, and it needs a dedicated owner. This isn't a back-office, transaction-processing role. We are looking for a strategic and hands on operator to be the architect and owner of our entire quote-to-cash process. You will be the central hub connecting Sales, Finance, and Product, ensuring that what we sell is what we bill, accurately and on time. You will have the unique opportunity to build a critical business function from the ground up, moving us from a collection of manual processes to a scalable, automated, and best-in-class billing operation. Responsibilities
- Own and optimize the quote-to-cash process, ensuring seamless flow from CRM to billing and financial systems.
- Build and maintain a centralized repository of customer contracts, ensuring all terms are accurately reflected.
- Lead billing audits to identify and correct discrepancies, maintaining data integrity.
- Act as the business owner of billing systems, partnering with Product and Engineering to improve automation and efficiency.
- Manage revenue-impacting projects, such as pricing updates and data migrations.
- Serve as the billing expert, resolving complex customer billing issues across teams.
- Proactively identify and fix root causes of billing or data inconsistencies.
What we’re looking for:
- 5–7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Deal Desk, or Financial Systems roles.
- Strong ability to interpret and manage complex B2B SaaS contracts.
- Analytical mindset with excellent process design and problem-solving skills.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and Product teams.
- Experience with HubSpot, Zuora, Chargebee, Stripe Billing, or NetSuite is a plus.
- C1 / Native English level.
