Responsibilities:
- Enthusiastically promotes customer-centric culture of offering superior guest service and actively building long-lasting guest relations
- Perform daily audits on revenue, electronic gaming devices, cage accountability, Title 31, redemption terminals, sportsbook and horseracing
- Track, investigate, document and report discrepancies and variances
- Complete, review, reconcile, and verify documents including audit forms
- Perform W2G balancing
- Ensure that all revenue and expenses are supported and recorded as required by regulators and company policies
- Complete Audit Finding Reports on all deviations from procedures and the company’s internal controls
- Maintain credit card terminal reports and statements
- Report and maintain daily revenues from all outlets
- Maintain Point of Sale reports
- Support the overall compliance of the company’s Internal Control System
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license issued by the Illinois Gaming Board
- Must be a high school graduate or equivalent
- Must have knowledge of all casino game rules
- Must have working knowledge of electronic spreadsheet programs and other office products
- Must have the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must have excellent interpersonal and communicational skills
- Must be able to work well under pressure
- Must be able to manage multiple priorities
- Regularly required to see, talk, hear, walk, and stand
- Frequently required to use hands to handle, feel, and reach
- Occasionally required to sit or stoop
- Must occasionally lift and or move up to 30 pounds
- The work environment contains bright lights, loud noise, and stressful situations.
Job Type: Full-time/Part-time
