The Revenue Audit Manager oversees the daily revenue audit process, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of gaming and non-gaming revenue. This role involves ensuring compliance with regulations and internal controls and preparing reports for management. The Revenue Audit Manager performs numerous audit and financial reporting functions, including preparation of journal entries, auditing functions, and recording financial information. Responsibilities are performed in accordance with all Company standards, policies, and procedures. This position will report directly to the VP of Finance.
Essential Functions:- Responsible for practicing, supporting, and promoting North Fork Mono Casino's culture and always demonstrating exemplary Service Standards.
- Day to day operational supervision of all daily revenue audit functions.
- Direct and supervise revenue auditors in the performance of their duties.
- Ensure all daily, weekly, and monthly audits are completed accurately and timely, including audits of electronic gaming devices, table games, and other revenue centers.
- Ensure compliance with the system of internal controls, gaming regulations, and minimum internal control standards (MICS) to ensure departmental procedures are followed and any discrepancies are documented.
- Review of all audits for completeness, accuracy and any discrepancies.
- Ensure coordination of all functions of the onâline slot systems for accounting and operational issues.
- Perform monthly verification of slot revenue and liability accounts ensuring accuracy.
- Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management, summarizing audit findings and providing analysis.
- Work with other departments, such as accounting and casino operations, to ensure the proper recording and reconciliation of revenue.
- Develops and utilizes revenue audit checklists while addressing Minimum Internal Control Standards (MICS) and Internal Controls (ICS).
- Follows revenue auditor's daily checklists to ensure all daily revenue audit steps have been completed.
- Reconciles any errors and records corrections using proper documentation.
- Reviews and follows up on audit exceptions.
- Assists in updating/reviewing the Flash Report daily.
- Schedules and coordinates recurring functions such as month-end inventory counts/observations and testing/verifying casino games.
- Assists with/as independent auditors and internal auditors, as required.
- Completes necessary/assigned reports in a timely manner to meet deadlines.
- Ensures compliance with all MICS, ICS and NIGC internal controls are followed.
- Adheres to all regulatory, departmental, and casino policies and procedures.
- Ensures that all revenue-related documents are safeguarded.
- Other job-related duties as assigned.
- Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management in both written and verbal form.
- Understanding of accounting, gaming and regulatory requirements including but not limited to Title 31 and Minimum Internal Control Standards (MICS).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

- Minimum of two (2) years experience in casino/gaming auditing required.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Gaming License from the Tribal Gaming Commission, which includes passing a background investigation.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- All work is performed on site in Madera, CA.
- Requires manual dexterity to perform job related functions.
- Ability to sit, stand or walk for the duration of their shift.
Team Members will be in constant contact with fellow Team Members and Guests. Work includes the maintenance and care of the assigned work area. Work is typically performed in an office environment. However, work may be in an area, which may be unusually hot, cold, noisy, and may contain secondhand smoke. Work may be performed in a confined area. Work may be scheduled at various hours, including working overtime, and during evening, weekends, and holidays. Work may entail trained chemical usage. Work is in a high volume, fast paced environment with frequent interruptions.

What We Do
North Fork Mono Casino & Resort is a new entertainment destination opening in Fall 2026 in Madera, California, on Highway 99. The resort will feature over 2,400 slot machines, 40 table games, and eight dining options, including two full-service restaurants and six quick-serve venues, serving as a hub for gaming and hospitality in the Central Valley.
