It’s a challenging goal, but we have a winning team that is looking to grow.The Revenue Assurance Representative is responsible for performing all collections and accounts receivable management functions associated with CSB/Wireless/Home accounts. This role ensures accurate and timely communication with enterprise customers regarding account status, with a goal of maintaining a healthy receivables balance while delivering a high level of service.
Responsibilities:
What You Will Do
In all of your duties, you will have a relentless, obsessive, yet disciplined approach to manage all details to perfection and deliver desired results.
Facilitate communications with CSB/Wireless/Home customers with past due balances to inform them of their account status and next steps.
Monitor accounts for payments and initiate hotline/disconnection/write-off processes as needed for non-payment.
Send reminders via SMS, email, letters, and direct calls to customers with delinquent balances.
Fax/email statements or invoices to authorized signers upon request.
Review account aging reports and send to the appropriate CSB/Wireless/Home team members.
Work directly with CSB/Wireless/Home Provisioning, Billing, and Account Support teams on customer disputes.
Notify and involve account teams regarding past due customer situations as necessary.
Create monthly treatment schedules for hotlines and deactivations on the CSB/Wireless/Home segment.
Pull reports for 30+ day accounts to begin collections treatment process before accounts reach 60-day delinquency.
Send notification to CSB/Wireless/Home account management teams prior to suspension of services.
Perform additional duties as assigned.

High school diploma or recognized equivalent.
Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills, with good reading and basic math abilities.
Strong computer skills with solid working knowledge of Excel spreadsheets and reporting.
Ability to work independently and make customer-impacting decisions.
We will give special consideration to candidates who have:
Some college or business training.
One year of equivalent work experience.

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions
Must be able to sit for long periods of time and use computer keyboard and/or mouse while viewing computer screen. Must be able to lift 15lbs, have finger/wrist/arm mobility, and finger dexterity. Must be able to work a flexible schedule shared by other department members. Ability to work after hours or on weekends as needed.
