Job Description :
To ensure the completeness and integrity of data and revenue, the Revenue Assurance Analyst is primarily responsible for developing tools and querying multiple databases to produce analyses and controls (C198 controls and standard Revenue Assurance controls).
He/She will work closely with Business Intelligence, IT, and Architecture teams to understand data sources and structures and master their interpretation. The analyst will also be called upon to participate independently in various projects related to product development and/or system modifications. Additionally, the Analyst will serve as a point of contact for internal and external auditors and will perform various ad hoc and recurring analyses
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Evaluate Revenue Assurance and C198 reporting and control requirements.

Develop tools and query databases to extract useful data to verify data integrity across systems and to avoid revenue loss.

Develop and execute C198 and standard Revenue Assurance controls.

Analyze existing processes and controls to ensure data integrity, sound organizational risk management and improved efficiencies.

Manage Revenue Assurance files by acting on observations related to revenue loss and data integrity.

Participate on an ad hoc and autonomous basis in various projects related to product development and/or system modifications.

Perform various analyses on an ad hoc and recurring basis.

Perform other related tasks as required.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
ACADEMIC TRAINING

Bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
WORK TRAINING
-
Minimum of 5-8 years' relevant experience in the area of responsibility.

Very good knowledge of French and English, both spoken and written.
ABOUT YOU

Experience of working with databases, including knowledge of SQL.

Advanced knowledge of Alteryx, MS Excel, MS Access, Google Data Studio and Google G-Suite.

Experience of Tableau, SSRS or other Business Intelligence tools.

Critical and analytical skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage ambiguity.

Ability to manage large amounts of information.
