Job Description

We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Revenue Analyst to join our team in Cluj. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring accurate revenue analysis and fostering strong cross-functional relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage monthly billing processes.

  • Review and support credit and cancellation requests.

  • Prepare and maintain designated reports to ensure accuracy and timeliness for internal stakeholders.

  • Develop and implement internal controls and procedures in accordance with SOX controls.

  • Prepare and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and training materials for products under your responsibility.

  • Identify and execute projects relating to invoicing process documentation and transition

  • Maintain the internal CRM system to ensure the information is up-to-date and correct.

  • Act as a trusted team member offering guidance to other revenue analysts and support to the management team.

  • Maintain relationships with the customers, by connecting with business executives and partners.

  • Serve as a subject matter expert for cross-functional internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of invoices and responses to client inquiries.

  • Work as a self-directed problem solver, focusing on execution, accountability, and ownership.

  • Support ad-hoc reporting and analysis requests as directed by the management team.

  • Act as a buddy for new associates on the team, helping them integrate smoothly into the company culture.

Qualifications

  • 2 - 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.

  • University degree; Accounting preferred.

  • ERP experience, preferably Oracle.

  • Proven attention to detail and a track record of PC skills, especially in Excel.

  • Problem-solving and investigative orientation with demonstrated experience in providing excellent customer service.

  • Ability to set goals and meet deadlines consistently.

  • Familiar with audit requirements and revenue recognition processes.

  • Fluent in English, oral and written communication skills

Schedule Details:

This role requires close collaboration with our US-based team, late shifts being necessary to align with their time zone, as follows:

  • Late shifts will be required for 3 days each month during the month-end closing, from 1 PM to 10 PM (Romanian time)
