Join our Revenue Analytics team as a Revenue Analyst, where you will have direct influence on bringing our GTM strategies to life by supporting our broader Revenue organization with data-driven insights and recommendations. In this role, you will own the end-to-end process of scoping, designing, and developing dashboards, as well as performing ad-hoc and deep dive analysis to inform leadership of key business trends. You will be joining a collaborative and dynamic team dedicated to driving growth and optimizing business outcomes.

This role will be based in our Chicago office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays. Working from home on Fridays depends on the type of work you do and the teams with which you partner. What you’ll achieve:

  • Execute and present analyses in collaboration with analytics colleagues to help various Revenue leaders measure team performance and drive critical business decisions throughout the year
  • Drive end-to-end scaled reporting dashboards in Tableau and/or Salesforce 
  • Scope and implement updates and enhancements to existing reports and dashboards to better serve evolving business needs. 
  • Identify key opportunities to help optimize business outcomes through quantitative analysis 
  • Collaborate with colleagues in Strategy, Operations, and Enterprise Technology teams to evolve data & reporting needs as business strategy and processes shift.

About you:

  • BA/BS degree in business or quantitative field
  • 2+ years of experience in roles requiring analytical rigor in functions like, but not restricted to, analytics, sales strategy/ops, finance, banking, consulting, etc.
  • Strong business judgment and intellectual curiosity; proven ability to turn data into actionable insights and recommendations
  • Ability to cultivate effective relationships and work cross-functionally with strong planning, process management, communication, and organizational skills
  • Track record of presenting complex analyses clearly and concisely to non-technical leaders
  • Experience writing and optimizing SQL queries is highly valued. If not, advanced knowledge of modeling in Excel/Google Sheets is required.
  • Proficient with building Tableau reports and dashboards; Salesforce experience a plus.
  • Exposure to both B2B and self-service business models a plus
  • Demonstrated curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies, with a willingness to learn and leverage them to enhance productivity, collaboration, or decision-making

We believe that compensation should be reflective of the value you create relative to the market value of your role. To ensure pay is fair and not impacted by biases, we're committed to looking at market value which is why we check ourselves and conduct a yearly pay equity audit.

For this role, the estimated base salary range is between $106,000-$118,000 USD. The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process. The listed range above is a guideline, and the base salary range for this role may be modified.

In addition to base salary, your compensation package may include additional components such as equity, sales incentive pay (for most sales roles), and benefits.
