About the Job:

The Revenue Analyst will be working with the Senior Director of Revenue Management to define, design, develop and execute business reports and analyses that establish actionable business insights into the performance of both brand level and property specific revenue trends and opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Support: By assisting the Senior Director of Revenue Management with essential administrative duties and fulfil reporting and analysis tasks, it will ensure that the RM strategies as defined by the team can be executed in an efficient and pro-active manner. Providing contingency along with the Reservations Manager in the event of absence is also an element in the delivery of strategy objectives.

  • Closely monitor competitive pricing and understand the impact of relative pricing decisions on property performance. Perform competitor checks and report as appropriate.

  • Assist the SDORM in identifying soft periods and developing promotions and strategies.

  • Support the SDORM in effective implementation of Four Seasons Revenue Management Standards, Policies & Procedures. (Rate Plans, Rate Categories, Market Segmentation, Profiles, and all other PMS/ORS related RM functionality.)

  • Assist the SDORM with daily updates of the Revenue Management Reports and ensure all data input into the system is accurate. (Geo Source, Product Quality, Pricing). Opportunity to assist with all aspects of budget preparation.

  • Assist in the preparation of 30-60-90 day fully updated Forecasts. Work with the SDORM to prepare longer term forecasts and achieve hotel forecast accuracy goals.

  • Participate in the property’s weekly Strategy Meeting and contribute to the Daily Operations Meeting.

  • Daily communication with our Reservations and Front Office and Sales team to share best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field (finance/analytical background or studies).

  • Experience in Revenue, Reservations or Sales in Hospitality/Hotel business is a must.

  • Strong analytical skills, along with excellent communication and attention to detail.

  • Reading, Writing, and Oral proficiency in the English language.

  • Has great problem solving skill and able to maintain a professional and high quality service oriented environment at all times.

  • Experience working with: Revenue Management System, Opera, STR/ CoStar, Strong Microsoft Excel and Power Point skills.

  • Position open for Indonesian National only.
