The Revenue Analyst plays a key role in supporting the financial health of the organization by analyzing, tracking, and reporting revenue-related activities. This position works closely with other accounting leads, finance, and external partners to ensure accurate revenue and expenses across divisions.
Specific duties include, but are not limited to:
Pull monthly reports to assist with calculating revenue while validating data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with accounting standards and company policies. Prepare and maintain revenue reports and reconciliations.
Assist in the monthly close process, including revenue recognition, journal entries, and variance analysis. Collaborate with finance, accounting teams, and operational departments to investigate discrepancies and resolve issues.
Identify process improvement opportunities and assist in implementing more efficient workflows and systems. Validate and identify accuracy of actual to monthly accrual for expenses and discounts for specialty programs across multiple divisions. Learn and adapt to new financial systems, tools, and healthcare-related billing platforms.
Work with the Wholesale division to manage customer lists to support reconciliation of monthly and quarterly expenses and discounts.

Position Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, data analysis)
Demonstrated ability to learn new systems and technologies
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
