As a Revenue Administrator at ICON, you will be responsible for managing and support the financial aspects of clinical trial projects. You will ensuring accurate revenue recognition, billing, and financial reporting, contributing to the overall financial health and success of the organization.
What You Will Do:
You will take responsibility for accounting and financial operations deliverables, applying your skills to ensure quality and efficiency.
Key responsibilities include:
- Monitoring and managing revenue recognition processes in line with project milestones and contractual agreements.
- Generating and reviewing invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely submission to clients.
- Collaborating with project teams to track financial performance, including revenue, costs, and profitability.
- Supporting month-end and year-end financial closing processes by ensuring accurate revenue reporting.
- Providing financial insights and reports to management, identifying potential discrepancies and opportunities for improvement.
Your Profile:
You will bring relevant accounting and financial operations experience, along with the following qualifications and skills.
Required qualifications and experience:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Experience in financial administration, revenue management, or accounting, preferably within a clinical research or healthcare environment.
- Strong understanding of revenue recognition principles and financial reporting practices.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple financial tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in accounting software and financial management tools is a plus.
