We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Revenue Accounting Manager to oversee the revenue recognition process and ensure compliance with ASC 606. Reporting to the Head of Revenue Accounting, this individual will play a key role in shaping foundational processes, policies, and controls within Harvey’s accounting organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in revenue accounting, experience in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to operational excellence.

• Oversee the end-to-end revenue recognition process, ensuring compliance with GAAP, ASC 606, and company policies.

• Assist with month-end close procedures, including reconciliations, journal entries, and flux analyses.

• Review and analyze customer contracts to determine proper revenue recognition treatment.

• Design, implement, and own portions of the sales compensation calculation process.

• Provide revenue recognition guidance to stakeholders related to contract structures, new product offerings, and strategic initiatives.

• Enhance effectiveness, efficiency, and controls in revenue accounting and sales compensation processes, including support for new system implementations.

• Draft and maintain revenue accounting policies, memos, and documentation to ensure clarity and compliance with accounting standards.

• Support external audits by preparing deliverables and addressing inquiries.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

• 5+ years of revenue accounting experience, preferably in a SaaS, AI, or technology company.

• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and ASC 606

• Proficiency with Netsuite and Salesforce; experience with Netsuite ARM is a plus

• Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.

• Knowledge of subscription-based and usage-based revenue models.
