Manager - Revenue Recognition
Role Summary
- Reporting the revenues for the company on US GAAP basis
• Initiate revenue adjustments according to global practices and policy
Essential Responsibilities
- 3 - 8 years of experience in US GAAP Revenue Recognition, Revenue Accounting, and knowledge of concepts like Deferred revenue, Unbilled revenues etc
- Cost & Profitability planning
- Engage in objective analysis of ongoing and prospective contractual documentation contracts with the customers and their implication on the revenue recognition
- Identify appropriate Revenue Recognition approach upon vast arrangements of business types on a global level assist in facilitating the automation of current processes and procedure, through project participation
- Maintain / update summary listing of accounting issues, work with management to summarize key issues and exposure items, and clearly articulate summaries and positions taken
- Work closely with US GAAP / SOX and the external auditors for coordinating audits and reviews

- CA / MBA
