We are seeking a talented individual to join our Workers Compensation team at Marsh. This role will be based in our Brisbane office. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days in the office.

This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who enjoys supporting injured workers, building rapport across stakeholders and contributing to positive return to work outcomes. You will be part of a Workers Compensation consulting and injury management team, with the chance to build your capability and progress your career through hands-on experience.

We will count on you to:

  • Perform outsourced Return to Work Coordinator functions, managing the return to work process for injured workers, including triaging and lodging new claims promptly
  • Develop and maintain return to work plans tailored to the needs of injured workers, ensuring compliance with employer obligations and best practice
  • Liaise with injured workers, employers, insurers and other stakeholders to share updates, gather information and address concerns throughout the return to work process
  • Review claims to assess progress and recommend actions that support recovery and return to work
  • Administer injury management software, prepare reports and maintain accurate documentation to support effective injury management practices
