Üretim Operatörü

Bu rol, otomatik üretim hatlarında kalite, verimlilik ve güvenlik standartlarına uygun şekilde üretim sürecini yürütmekten sorumludur.

Temel Sorumluluklar

• Hat üzerindeki alarmlara zamanında ve doğru şekilde müdahale eder,

• Bir sorun tespit edildiğinde, yükseltme prosedürüne uygun şekilde bilgilendirme yapar,

• Hat üzerine gerekli malzemeleri yükler,

• Hatalı malzemeleri ve yarı mamulleri talimatlara uygun şekilde kaydeder ve ayırır.

• Kalite hata analizlerini takip eder,

• İlgili şartnamelere uygun şekilde MPI uygulamalarını gerçekleştirir,

• İlgili şartnamelere uygun şekilde TPM uygulamalarını gerçekleştirir,

• Hata kartlarını zamanında, eksiksiz ve doğru şekilde doldurur,

• İzlenebilirlik, lot takip, verimsizlik ve üretim bildirim formlarını zamanında, eksiksiz ve doğru şekilde doldurur,

• Katmanlı denetim gerçekleştirir (müşteri talebi üzerine),

• Görev alanının temiz ve düzenli tutulmasını sağlar,

• İSG ve ESD kurallarına uygun şekilde çalışır.

Eğitim ve Yetkinlikler

• Lise ve/veya meslek yüksek okulu mezu olmak,

• Üretimde en az 2 yıl deneyim sahibi olmak.
