The Role
We’re hiring a high-level Email & SMS Retention Manager to own lifecycle marketing and drive serious revenue growth through email and SMS.
You’ll be responsible for increasing:
- Repeat purchases
- Subscription & filter replacement revenue
- LTV
- Customer retention
- Overall CRM performance
- You’ll build and optimize high-converting flows, campaigns, segmentation, and retention systems that directly impact the bottom line.
What You’ll Do
- Own Afina’s email + SMS retention strategy end-to-end
- Build and optimize flows in Klaviyo (welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, replenishment, win-back, VIP, etc.)
- Launch high-performing campaigns that drive revenue every week
- Build advanced segmentation and personalized customer journeys
- Run aggressive A/B testing across copy, offers, creatives, send times, and CTAs
- Improve retention, LTV, deliverability, and revenue per recipient
- Own filter replenishment lifecycle campaigns
- Work closely with growth, creative, and CX teams to scale retention fast
- 3+ years in email/SMS marketing for DTC or e-commerce brands
- Strong Klaviyo experience
- Proven track record driving measurable retention and revenue growth
- Strong copywriting + conversion instincts
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
- Ability to execute at high speed in a fast-growth startup environment
- Highly organized, proactive, and obsessed with performance
