Our team partners with the Retention team to ensure franchised hotels stay branded with Choice Hotels. As a key member of our team, you will compile data in our CRM and work with internal departments to approve contracts that retaining franchisees.

Your Responsibilities

  • Partner with Retention leaders and other internal stakeholders to ensure executed franchise agreements are fully vetted, approved, and beneficial to the company

  • Maintain accurate data in our CRM

  • Act as point of contact for prospective franchisees buying a Choice brand hotel

  • Liaise with other departments to overcome obstacles, meet deadlines, enhance processes, and ensure timely execution of retention contracts to support corporate growth targets

Your Experience, Skills & Competencies

  • Bachelor's degree required or equivalent years of experience

  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word

  • Demonstrates key competencies to include effective communication, interpersonal savvy, and driving results

Your Team

This is an individual contributor role that will report to the Manager, Retention Support. You will have 3 peer teammates and collaborate with cross functional departments on a regular basis.

Your Work Location

As our Retention Deal Manager, you will be a remote-based associate, working from your home. You will be required to connect virtually with Choice team members and leadership on video via Zoom.

We provide flexibility and encourage ongoing communication with your leadership to establish expectations about your unique needs.

Salary Range

 

The salary range for this position is $64,494.00 to $81,066.00 annually.

Pay ranges listed are for this position and are what Choice Hotels reasonably expects to pay. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee’s pay position within the pay range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs.
