A rapidly expanding Forex Brokerage Firm with offices in Limassol, are seeking to recruit English-Speaking Retention Agents to join their growing team. The successful applicants will primarily be responsible for ensuring high retention levels of existing clients on the platform as well as for generating and developing trading volumes from new clients.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular communication via phone calls, emails, and other channels.
- Develop and implement effective retention strategies to reduce client churn and increase client lifetime value.
- Identify opportunities to upsell additional products or services to existing clients based on their trading behavior and preferences.
- Provide clients with educational resources and guidance to help them improve their trading skills and knowledge of the Forex market.
- Act as a point of contact for clients to address any issues or concerns they may encounter while trading.
- Ensure that all client interactions and activities comply with relevant regulations and internal policies governing the Forex industry.
- Track key performance metrics related to client retention, such as client activity levels, account balances, and client satisfaction scores.
- Stay informed about market trends, news, and developments that may impact clients' trading decisions.
- Miscellaneous duties as requested.
Requirements
- 2+ years of work experience in the Forex industry within a similar role.
- Fluency in English (both written and oral) to a native or near-native level; any other languages will be considered an advantage.
- Strong sales and retention skills.
- Excellent negotiation and client service skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive in daily tasks with a positive outlook.
- Self-motivated and target oriented.
- Strong computer literacy.
Benefits
- Remuneration package: EUR 30,000 – 36,000 (depending
on experience/qualification)
