Key Responsibilities
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies (job portals, social media, referrals, etc.)
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit
• Coordinate interviews with stakeholders and ensure timely feedback
• Maintain candidate pipelines and talent databases
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Negotiate offers and manage the offer rollout process
• Track recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, etc.)
• Stay updated on industry trends and best hiring practices
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
• Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and hiring platforms
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple roles and stakeholders simultaneously
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Strong negotiation and decision-making skills
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience hiring across multiple domains (IT, Sales, Operations, Creative roles etc.)
• Knowledge of employer branding and recruitment marketing
• Experience with bulk hiring or campus recruitment
