Job Description

• Plan, execute, and monitor IT projects from conception to implementation, within the defined timeframe, budget, and requirements.
• Define project scope, objectives, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Manage project teams, assigning tasks, setting priorities, and monitoring progress.
• Identify and manage project risks and issues, implementing effective mitigation measures.
• Communicate proactively and effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress.
• Ensure adherence to the company's project management processes and methodologies.
• Promote collaboration and teamwork, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Identify and implement opportunities for improvement in processes and projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years of proven experience in IT project management, ideally in the retail or e-commerce industry.
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
• Experience with project management tools (Jira, Asana, etc.).
• Experience managing cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail
• Fluency in Portuguese and English (spoken and written).
