This is an opportunity to work in a market-leading restructuring and insolvency practice, advising leading financial institutions, specialist investors and major corporates on some of the most complex and high‑profile transactions in the sector. With exposure to cutting‑edge restructuring mandates and distressed situations, you’ll play a key role in a dynamic practice that thrives on challenge, teamwork and delivering practical, solutions‑driven advice.

The opportunity

  1. You will work at the heart of the UK restructuring and insolvency market, advising leading banks, private equity houses, specialist investors and major corporates on complex, fast‑moving mandates. From debt refinancings and restructurings to distressed M&A and special situations work, this role offers exposure to market‑shaping transactions and the chance to build a genuine profile in high‑value, high‑impact restructuring.

What you’ll do

Bring your restructuring expertise and commercial judgement to a team trusted by major financial institutions, investors and insolvency practitioners, and gain exposure to some of the highest quality work in the sector. Your role will see you:

  • Advising on debt refinancings, restructurings and distressed debt transactions

  • Supporting clients through business restructurings, asset disposals and special situations mandates

  • Acting on UK and cross‑border insolvency matters, including administrations, CVAs and restructuring plans

  • Drafting, negotiating and advising on the full range of restructuring, security and finance documentation

  • Guiding clients through complex, time‑critical scenarios with clear, pragmatic and solutions‑focused advice

  • Building strong, trusted client relationships and working closely with colleagues across our national and international network
