What You'll Do:
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing
- Support the implementation of individualized care plans
- Contribute to fostering a healthy and active lifestyle among residents
- Help maintain residents’ dignity, comfort, and well-being
- Monitor and report changes in residents’ physical or emotional condition
What You'll Need:
- Active NE CNA certification
- 1+ years of experience as a CNA
- Long-Term Care experience preferred
- Must be able to demonstrate a positive attitude and have the ability to effectively communicate and interact with residents, families, and team members
- Ability to understand, read, write, and speak English
