In this vital role, you will support residents on their journey to greater independence by helping them regain mobility, confidence, and daily living skills. From assisting with therapeutic exercises to encouraging self-care and personal growth, every moment you spend with a resident is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

What You’ll Do
As part of our compassionate care team, you will:

• Empower residents through personalized restorative programs that support physical, emotional, and social well being

• Encourage independence through mobility training, grooming, dressing, and daily living skills

• Assist with range of motion exercises, positioning, transfers, and adaptive techniques

• Build meaningful connections while promoting dignity, respect, and self worth

• Observe, document, and communicate changes to ensure the highest quality of care

• Partner with nurses and leadership to create a safe, supportive, and uplifting environment

What We’re Looking For

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant CNA license

• CPR and First Aid certification

• At least one year of experience in long term care

• A compassionate spirit and genuine desire to serve others

• Strong teamwork and communication skills
