Coordinate and complete MDS assessments for long-term care residents, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance. Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team, update individualized care plans, communicate findings, maintain records, and participate in quality improvement initiatives to support resident-centered care.

Provide restorative care to long-term residents by assisting with mobility training, range-of-motion exercises, transfers, daily living skills, and documentation. Promote independence, dignity, and social well-being while communicating changes to nursing staff and working collaboratively with the care team.

Paid internship to train and work as a nurse aide assisting residents with grooming, bathing, mobility, and daily activities. Interns will complete training, pursue CNA certification, communicate resident condition changes, and perform on-site non-classroom training and computer-based documentation.

Provide direct resident care in a long-term care facility: assist with activities of daily living (grooming, bathing, mobility), follow infection control and safety protocols, document care accurately, and promptly report condition changes or complaints to licensed nursing staff.

Assist in planning and facilitating recreational programs to promote resident engagement and wellbeing. Set up activities, monitor participant progress, document participation, collaborate with therapists and healthcare staff, and help maintain individualized care plans. Provide safe, compassionate support including mobility assistance and flexible scheduling.
