Responsable de desarrollar y hacer crecer un portafolio estratégico de restaurantes, convirtiéndote en un partner clave para nuestros aliados. Tu foco será generar crecimiento sostenible, identificar oportunidades con base en insights y ejecutar planes comerciales que eleven el desempeño de tus cuentas.

As part of Rappi, you will be responsible for:

  • Desarrollar y escalar relaciones estratégicas con restaurantes top, construyendo partnerships de largo plazo.
  • Diagnosticar performance (ventas, conversión, retención, campañas, catálogo, operación) y convertir hallazgos en planes accionables.
  • Identificar oportunidades de crecimiento (upsell/cross-sell, promociones, visibilidad, mejora de menú/catálogo, Ads, eficiencia operativa).
  • Negociar y ejecutar acuerdos comerciales que generen impacto medible.
  • Liderar conversaciones difíciles con stakeholders internos y externos, elevando el estándar de colaboración y ejecución.
  • Trabajar con equipos cross-funcionales (Marketing, Ads, Ops, Producto, Finanzas) para destrabar oportunidades y entregar resultados.
  • Ser owner del plan: definir hipótesis, probar, medir, iterar y escalar lo que funciona
