Rattaché(e) au Manager des Opérations Logistiques, vous prenez la responsabilité du secteur Réception du Centre de Distribution et managez une équipe d'environ 15 collaborateurs.
Au-delà de la gestion quotidienne des opérations, nous recherchons un véritable leader de terrain capable d'accompagner les équipes, d'améliorer la performance opérationnelle et de contribuer à l'évolution du Centre de Distribution.
Principales responsabilités:
- Manager, accompagner et développer une équipe de 15 personnes.
- Assurer la gestion quotidienne des effectifs : planning, congés, absences, entretiens annuels et développement des compétences.
- Garantir la sécurité, la qualité, le service et la performance du secteur.
- Piloter les activités de réception, contrôle, mise en stock et retours clients.
- Animer les routines de management terrain (briefs, Gemba, points individuels).
- Suivre et analyser les KPI afin d'identifier les axes d'amélioration.
- Conduire des démarches Lean / Kaizen et développer la culture d'amélioration continue.
- Collaborer avec les autres services du site, les fournisseurs et les centres de distribution européens.
- Veiller au respect des standards de sécurité, qualité et de l'Avantor Business System (ABS).
Profil recherché:
Formation
- Bac +2 à Bac +3 en Logistique, Supply Chain ou domaine équivalent (BTS, DUT, Licence).
Expérience
- Minimum 5 ans d'expérience en management d'équipes opérationnelles ou l’experience equivalente
- Expérience en logistique, supply chain, entrepôt ou environnement industriel/production.
- Expérience du management de proximité dans un environnement exigeant.
Compétences clés
- Leadership terrain et capacité à fédérer les équipes.
- Forte orientation sécurité, qualité et performance.
- Bonne maîtrise des KPI et de l'analyse de données.
- Connaissance des outils Lean, Kaizen et amélioration continue.
- Maîtrise de SAP ou d'un ERP équivalent.
- Anglais professionnel permettant d'échanger avec des interlocuteurs européens.
- Capacité à prendre du recul, résoudre les problèmes et challenger l'existant.
