⚒ Rejoindre Stanley Black & Decker en tant que Responsable RH, c'est :
- Mettre en œuvre et faire appliquer sur le site la politique de gestion et de développement des ressources humaines, avec l’assistance d’une équipe RH.
- Être l’interface entre la Direction du site, les salariés et le Groupe SBD.
- Assurer la pérennité du climat social sur le site.
Missions :
Accompagné(e) d’une Assistante RH et d’une apprentie RH, vous aurez comme principales missions :
- Gestion administrative du personnel
- Gestion et suivi du plan de formation
- Suivi de l’intérim (environ 20 intérimaires)
- Suivi des indicateurs RH
- Appui, conseil et accompagnement des opérationnels et des managers dans leurs pratiques RH
- Suivi des procédures individuelles (disciplinaire, …)
- Gestion et animation des relations sociales/IRP
- Gestion la communication interne du site
- Recrutement et intégration des nouveaux embauchés
- Pilotage du processus « gérer les ressources humaines »
⚒ Qui êtes-vous ?
- Titulaire d’un Master en gestion des Ressources Humaines
- Vous avez une expérience d'au moins 3 ans en Management RH opérationnel dans l’industrie
- Vous avez de solides connaissances en droit du travail, gestion des relations sociales
- Vous maîtrisez le pack Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Vous faites preuve de dynamisme, rigueur, et d’un bon sens de l’organisation
- Vous avez de bonnes capacités relationnelles, sens de l'écoute et de la communication
- Vous maîtrisez l’anglais (écrit et oral)
