The logistic domain owner leverages deep technology, process and domain expertise to optimize the digital product management and related strategy within his domain. He creates a clear roadmap, aligning the development needs and conveying the vision to the build and/or operations team.
He partners with the Business and Digital teams to determine what can and should be delivered through balancing the need for new features, defects, and technical debt. Main priorities are seamless integration and alignment of perspectives from a broad set of stakeholders: Site and Factory leaders, Logistic Business Process Owners, Digital Product Managers, Technical Architects, Product Owners and Teams of Developers.

Responsabilités principales

  • Comprendre en profondeur la pile technologique et son impact sur les flux logistiques globaux et les outils
  • Interagir avec les parties prenantes pour recueillir les besoins (VOC), affiner les exigences et obtenir du feedback produit
  • Collaborer avec des équipes transverses pour livrer des fonctionnalités complexes et améliorer les flux de données de bout en bout
  • Travailler régulièrement avec les équipes UX, architecture et ingénierie
  • Conduire des entretiens clients et définir des personas autour du domaine logistique
  • Influencer et aligner les parties prenantes (clients, produit, engineering)
  • Définir et piloter la roadmap digitale globale du domaine (MVP, releases trimestrielles, sprints)
  • Gérer et prioriser en continu le backlog afin de maintenir une préparation constante des sprints
  • Traduire des demandes floues en user stories exploitables
  • Collaborer avec le leadership développement pour assurer la qualité des processus
  • Fournir un leadership technique aux TPMs de l’organisation
  • Être expert des méthodologies Agile et accompagner les équipes

Responsabilités essentielles

  • Diplôme Master en systèmes d’information
  • Minimum 10 ans d’expérience dont 6 ans en supply chain / logistique

• Possesses a deep understanding of the technology stack and impact on global logistic flow and ecosystem of tools.

• Interacts with customers/stakeholders in VOC requirements-gathering, fine tuning, and obtaining product feedback, mainly with DT site leaders and Factory leaders.

• Works with cross-functional teams to deliver features and major, complex products and improvements of the “end to end” dataflows.

 • Routinely collaborates with UX, Architecture and engineering teams on multiple issues and decisions.

• Conducts customer and stakeholder interviews and elaborates on personas around logistic domain.

• Demonstrates expert persuasion and influencing skills that ensure alignment between customer, product manager and engineering teams.

• Owns globally the digital roadmap of his domain, in charge of the release and sprint backlogs short-term roadmap for MVPs and quarterly releases.

• Owns and manages the backlog; continuously orders and prioritizes to ensure that 1-2 sprints/iterations of backlog are always ready.

• Prioritize continuously in accordance with the understanding and validation of customer problems and needs.

• Demonstrates strategic expert level skills in problem decomposition and ability to navigate through ambiguity.

• Engages frequently (50% of the time) with technical teams; facilitates discussions, provides clarification, story acceptance and refinement, testing and validation; contributes to design activities and decisions.

• Translates unstructured or ambiguous work requests into actionable user stories and work units.

• Partners with Development Leadership to ensure healthy development process.

Master's Degree in Information Systems Management

with minimum 10 years of experience including 6 years in Supply Chain/Logistic domain
