Le programme d'avions commerciaux A220 recherche un Responsable chaîne d'approvisionnement & Qualité pour rejoindre notre équipe basée à Mirabel (Québec, Canada)

Votre rôle en tant que Responsable chaîne d'approvisionnement & Qualité  sera de :

  • Forte collaboration avec les fournisseurs pour assurer la chaîne d'approvisionnement et les aspects qualité du contrat en étant responsable du respect des délais et de la qualité

  • Diriger ou coordonner le transfert de travail pour des scénarios d'achat à achat, de fabrication à achat ou d'achat à fabrication. Devrait avoir un bon savoir-faire sur de tels transferts grâce à son expérience passée

  • Travailler en partenariat avec les fournisseurs pour accompagner leur développement

  • Assurer la conformité qualité des fournisseurs de structure sur le programme A220

  • Veiller à ce que l'approbation de la qualité des fournisseurs / les revues de contrôle des fournisseurs soient réalisées dans les délais en s'assurant que les fournisseurs sont conformes aux certifications requises en coordination avec les parties prenantes concernées

  • Effectuer un contrôle efficace des activités des fournisseurs, en garantissant une compréhension approfondie de la situation globale et de la portée des fournisseurs

  • Coordonner toutes les parties prenantes impliquées dans la gestion des opérations des fournisseurs et contribuer à l'équipe multifonctionnelle correspondante (Programme, Ingénierie, Services Clients, Achats, etc.)

  • Bonnes compétences en gestion de projet pour diriger des projets de bout en bout ou des transferts de travaux

In your Supply Chain and Quality Manager duties, your main activities will be:

  • Strong collaboration with suppliers to ensure supply chain & quality aspects of the contract being responsible for on Time, on Quality performance

  • Lead or co-ordinate Transfer of Work for buy to buy, make to buy or buy to make scenarios. Expected to have good knowhow on such transfers from his/her past experience

  • Work in partnership with the suppliers to support their development

  • Ensure the Quality Compliance of Structure suppliers on A220 program

  • Ensure on time Supplier Quality Approval / Supplier Control Reviews completion by ensuring that suppliers are compliant with certifications required in coordination with relevant stakeholders

  • Monitor action plan resulting from Compliance audits and ensure action closure as required

  • Perform an effective control of supplier activities, securing a close understanding of supplier overall situation and scope

  • Implement and follow-up recovery, improvement and development plan in order to secure delivery of the products and services in conformity with contract covering quality & on-time delivery aspects

  • Coordinate all the stakeholders involved in the supplier operations management and contribute to the corresponding Multi-Functional Team (Program, Engineering, Customer Services, Procurement, etc.)

  • Good project management skills to lead end to end projects or Transfer of Works

  • You are bilingual French & English (spoken, written)
