What You’ll Do
- Provide specialized airway and breathing care across five ICUs:
- Cardiovascular
- Coronary
- Medical-Respiratory
- Neurological
- Surgical
- Perform arterial line placement
- Conduct esophageal balloon placement and monitoring
- Utilize advanced ventilation modes, including NAVA
- Administer inhaled pulmonary vasodilators
- Support hyperbaric medicine in one of the nation’s largest multi-place chambers
- Engage in cutting-edge therapies and complex patient care
- Provide exceptional respiratory care for patients
- Manage ventilators and perform therapeutic procedures
- Administer medications and educate patients and families
- Collaborate across care teams to ensure safe, quality outcomes
- Mentor new teammates and students
What You’ll Bring
- Graduate of an accredited respiratory care program (associate degree minimum)
- WI Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) license
- RRT within 12 months or CRT if credentialed prior to Jan 1, 2023
- BLS Certification (AHA) and ACLS Certification
