Essential Duties:

Under the general supervision of the Director of Corporate Operations, the Respiratory Dispatch Team is responsible for effectively communicating with patients on scheduling setups for their PAP Therapy, preparing the daily route, and maintaining PAP Calendar

Responsibilities: 

• Responsible for printing all work orders from the RDT location via Delivery Track
• RDT is responsible for verifying patients demographics, asks for an email address and advises of any copay either through a soft transfer from Customer Service team or a call directly to the patient
• If patient provides an email, RDT is responsible for verifying that email address by sending a communication email for patient to confirm
• Once patient has verified email address, RDT is responsible for communicating to patient with information on appointment details, information on diagnosis and videos on equipment
• Based on decision tree, RDT will schedule the patient for their PAP therapy either as a Walk-In, Virtual or Home visit
• Responsible for updating and maintaining PAP Calendar to ensure no patient setups are over-lapped; by placing patient account and item number information to appropriate PAP Calendar.
• Once appointment date is set with patient, RDT is responsible for changing delivery method and scheduled date so work order may be printed and dropped to the appropriate location.
• RDT is to send a reminder email and or call patients a day before their scheduled setup date
• Responsible for rescheduling orders when necessary and confirming all systems are updated as well (i.e. Delivery Track and PAP Calendar)
• Ensuring the RDT tracker is updated with the necessary information for tracking and statistical purposes in a timely manner
• Performs any other duties that may be requested by Supervisor or Management
• Understand and adheres to all of SuperCare Health company policies
• To remain knowledgeable to date on all products
• Maintain a professional, safe, and clean work environment

Education and or Experience:

• Graduate from Accredited College in Business or Accounting
• Team player-ability
• Reliable and Responsible
• Detailed oriented
• Strong organizational skills
