Finalité
Assurer le bon fonctionnement des infrastructures, des services et des moyens généraux de l’entreprise afin de garantir aux collaborateurs un environnement de travail sûr, efficace et conforme aux exigences réglementaires.
Gérer les achats indirects, frais généraux.
Responsabilités
- Assurer la gestion opérationnelle des services généraux et des achats indirects nécessaires au bon fonctionnement des sites.
- Préparer, suivre et optimiser les budgets de fonctionnement et d’investissement liés aux services généraux.
- Conduire les consultations, appels d’offres, négociations et contractualisations avec les fournisseurs et prestataires.
- Passer les commandes, contrôler les prestations réalisées et valider les factures des fournisseurs et sous-traitants.
- Organiser, planifier et suivre les interventions de maintenance, contrôles réglementaires et prestations sur site.
- Veiller au bon état des locaux, traiter les dysfonctionnements, gérer les accès et assurer un environnement de travail sûr et conforme.
- Piloter la gestion du parc automobile : charte véhicules, commandes, livraisons, restitutions, fiscalité, TCO et outils de suivi.
- Gérer les tickets restaurant, les accès RIE, le suivi des factures et la participation aux échanges relatifs aux coûts.
- Suivre les consommations d’eau, d’électricité, la gestion des déchets, les indicateurs et les plans de prévention QHSE.
- Respecter et faire respecter les règles SSE, qualité, compliance et contribuer aux audits, habilitations et retours d’expérience HSE.

- Connaissance du Droit des contrats
- Anglais professionnel (lu, écrit, parlé)
- SAP
- Microsoft Office 365 dont Excel avancé

- Category B driving license
- Electrical habilitations H0, H0V, B2, B2V, B2V Essai, BE Essais, BR, and BC
- Knowledge of purchasing and negotiation techniques
- Understanding of business and financial issues
- Knowledge of general services and vehicle fleet management
- Knowledge of contract law
- Professional English, written and spoken
- SAP proficiency
- Microsoft Office 365 proficiency, including advanced Excel
- Cost consciousness, initiative, rigor, synthesis skills, and strong interpersonal skills
