We’re looking for an experienced Resourcing Adviser to join our dynamic Resourcing team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in managing end-to-end recruitment campaigns, working closely with hiring managers and HRBPs to deliver empowering hiring experiences that attract top talent across our organisation.
You’ll work across a wide range of departments from Customer, Consumer, Technology, Product, Marketing, Finance, and Data bringing creativity, pace, and purpose to every campaign.
What You’ll Be Doing
Leading end-to-end recruitment campaigns, from briefing and sourcing to pre-employment and onboarding
Partnering with hiring managers to design inclusive, engaging, and effective recruitment campaigns
Using Workday (our Application Tracking System) and other attraction tools to creatively source candidates for variety of roles at all levels
Supporting hiring managers to improve candidate experience and hiring outcomes
Collaborating with the wider People Team on continuous improvement
Supporting strategic workforce planning by proactively sourcing future skills
Embedding diversity and inclusion into every stage of the recruitment process
About You
You’re a confident, proactive recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
You bring:
Proven experience in an in-house resourcing team or agency, with a strong track record of direct sourcing
You will have experience using various sourcing methods to attract top talent in sometimes difficult to fill roles as you identify, deliver a high-quality candidate pipeline which where possible provides directly sourced candidates to fill vacancies
Creative sourcing strategies and attraction solutions for a variety of roles
Excellent stakeholder management
Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously with strong planning and organisation skills
Curiosity about data, insights, and feedback to support informed decision-making and drive better outcomes
A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work autonomously and shine individually

Salary – £33,585 - £39,184
Performance related bonus up to 10%

Security
