About The Position
This role will be responsible for resource management within the Structures organization. You will be challenged to track and manage assignments, lengths of engagements, and track upcoming opportunities and staffing requirements for those opportunities. The fast paced nature of the business will require constant engagement within the team.
Responsibilities:
- Work with existing team to assess current assignments and durations
- Work with team to estimate resource needs for projects
- Work within the Resource Management software to show project loading
- Work with Project Managers to assess the upcoming changes as projects progress
- Work with Business Development to determine proper loading for upcoming projects
- Present to management the state of projects from a resource perspective
Requirements:
- Associates Degree or equivalent experience
- Experience with scheduling or estimating engineering projects preferred
- Experience in an engineering environment preferred
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong computer skills and a drive to use varied programs to your advantage
- Strong communication and presentation skills
