Labcorp is seeking a Resource Management Associate based at either our Madison, Wisconsin or Greenfield, Indiana site.
Job Responsibilities:
This role includes preparation of daily and weekly schedules for assigned product lines or departments and for support of the overall master schedule.
You will communicate regularly with Study Direction and operational staff to adjust schedules to accommodate changes in study design, resource availability or staffing.
Study Conduct (90%):
Provides workload support in a resource planning function and learns to support multiple global service lines
Develops intermediate knowledge in interpreting study designs for pertinent scheduling requirements and reviews design changes as they apply
Develops basic knowledge of the systems being used in their core scheduling function
Supports harmonization across global sites
Updates and maintains proposal and schedule information in management information databases
Performs tasks in support of the global scheduling workloads as required
Process Improvement/Innovation:
Assists in the production, interpretation and analysis of routine capacity reports
Monitors capacity utilization for the supported services lines and assists in guiding operational leadership
Provides basic information about departmental workloads, processes and operations to internal clients and management
Follows training manuals for Resource Management functions
Minimum Qualifications:
4 or more years pre-clinical operational experience in industry
Additional Job Standards:
Advanced knowledge in use of computer systems, databases and relevant applications. Intermediate excel skill
Familiarity with Life Science/Analytical Science or similar business and general operating procedures
Effective interpersonal and customer service skills; excellent oral and written communication skills
Demonstrated attention to detail, consistent accuracy
Ability to effectively communicate and negotiate with customers and operational contacts
Proven time management and analytical business skills
